Every body is unique, so your fitness and well-being retreat will be tailored to suit your current needs. Our retreats include a variety of exercise such as yoga, circuits and personal training along with gut-healthy food, mindfulness and relaxation practices, cold water swimming, saunas, sleep and stress management and treatments such as massage and reflexology

The house is completely gorgeous, the food, which Kathryn cooks herself, is delicious, and the exercise is tailored to be as hard or gentle as you choose. It’s not a bootcamp, though if you wanted that, Kathryn would oblige. You could also just hang out, do some yoga, meditate, drink a glass of wine and generally take time out from your busy life. The point is that it’s a place and a space for what you personally need, so it’s totally bespoke.

Kathryn Freeland has over 20 years’ experience as a personal trainer. She was one of London’s top personal trainers and ran Absolute Fitness for 15 years with 17 trainers. She moved back to Kent in 2016 and a few years later launched         Stede Court Private Fitness Retreat
